Wendy Cullum has a track record of meeting her clients’ goals and going the extra mile. Calling the SouthCoast home for over 20 years, her husband and she moved from Fairfield, CT to Marion in 1998. They keep their sailboat in Sippican Harbor and their Birman cat at home. Educated at Cornell University, Wendy’s 35 year career as a successful marketing professional dovetailed perfectly with becoming a real estate agent in 2015. Today Wendy uses her marketing skills and attention-to-detail to benefit her clients with impressive results. She especially enjoys helping people downsize and/or sell their second home, positioning their home to its best advantage.
